The Courses Fort Meade

Ft Meade Access Requirements and Driving Directions to Golf Courses.

Access Policy:

All Outing events that require access to the installation must provide a alphabetical list of participants, to the golf course outing coordinator in advance.
In addition, the driver that enters the installation must have a valid driver's license, current original vehicle registration, and the most current insurance card for that vehicle.
All passengers in any vehicle simply need to provide a valid photo ID.

Driving Directions To Reece Road Gate:

From Laurel or B/W Parkway (1-295):

Follow 198 to 32 (no circles) to 175 North or West, continue on 175 (Annapolis Rd) approx. 1.8 miles to Reece Rd. Left at traffic light to Gate. From Route I-97 or Rte 3 North: Exit at 32 West to North on 175 (Annapolis Rd.). Go 1.8 miles to Reece Rd. Left at traffic light to Gate.

From Columbia area:

East or South on 175 (Jessup Rd) to right on Reece Rd at traffic light. OR East on 32 to 175 north or west, then 1.8 miles to left at Reece Rd traffic light to Gate.

Driving Directions from Reece Road Entrance to Golf Course:

From Reece Road Gate, drive -0.7 mi. to MacArthur Rd. Turn left on MacArthur Rd, go -0.3 mi (total so far 1.0 mi) to right on Mapes Rd. Continue on Mapes for -0.7 mi. to Taylor Ave (total so far 1.7 mi). Right on Taylor to parking at Club House/Pro Shop (-0.3 mi.). Total distance from Reece Gate is 2 miles. See Map. Leaving Ft. Meade:

To exit on 32 West or 198 West, turn right on Mapes Rd to Gatehouse. Continue to traffic circles at 32 and 198. Follow signs to Columbia (32) or Laurel (198). No vehicle check on leaving post. Also, you may follow 32 East signs at the traffic circles to 1-97 or Rte 3
