Winters Run Golf Club is located at 1000 North Tollgate Road, Bel Air, MD,
approximately 1 mile west of US Business Rte 1

From Baltimore:

From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take I-95 North to Exit 77B (Rte 24).
Take Rte 24 North 5 miles to US Business Rte 1
Take US Business Rte 1 left one block to Tollgate Road (Sears store on right)
Turn right on Tollgate Road for 1.2 miles
the club is just after the Red Barn on the left 

Or:

From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take US Rte 1 North through Perry Hall,
Kingsville, and Automobile Row to junction of Harford Road, US Rte 1,
and US Business Rte 1 (State Police Barracks on right).
Bear right on US Business Rte 1 for 1.5 miles to Tollgate Road
Turn left on Tollgate Road for 1.2 miles to the club

From Hunt Valley / Hereford Area

Take local roads to MD Rte 152 (Mountain Road)
Go South on Rte 152 to Watervale Rd (1st light past Fallston High School & Middle Schools)
Turn left on Watervale to end at Vale Road
Turn right on Vale Road to intersection with Tollgate Road
Turn right on Tollgate Road and proceed 0.7 miles to Club on right
